- complete engineering of pipe installation;
- organizing and inventorying parts to be used;
- making sure parts are on location prior to job start-up;
- welding and mounting various piping clamps;
- binding tubing,
- mounting pipe overhead and/or floor mount;
- making jump connection with hydraulic hosing;
- configuring flow control – flow divider – pressure relief – accumulator sizes – HPU; mounting directional control valves;
- chemical cleaning. pickling, passivization of piping in some applications;
- looping to flush system prior to starting up.
