HARD CHROME PLATING
Gulf-hydraulic FZE has in-house fully fledged state-of-the-art metal build-up, surface coating and machining facilities capable to hard chrome plate jobs up to 12 meters in length and diameters up to 900mm. We specialize in reconditioning/rebuilding any high precision (large and small) machine components to original specification and executing any complex coating application.
Our hydraulic centered machine shop has several dedicated internal and external grinding machines, honing machines, deep hole drilling, and CNC machining centers. All through our reconditioning process, work is planned, monitored, tested/inspected and fully documented. Our Workshops are equipped with industry’s best machines. Our engineers and technicians are trained by the original equipment manufacturers.
